Summary:

Our Net Zero office building in Riverdale, Michigan was easily accomplished by replacing all-natural gas consumption with 2 split unit HVAC systems and installing solar panels. This is a great example of how simple a Net Zero building can be, however, this is far from the norm and most Net Zero Projects require far more attention to building envelopes, building materials, and building controls. We have since added an Outback Power off-grid building for warehousing and staging of jobs.
